Celebrating the 2026 Rosalio Saenz Scholarship Recipients

June 27, 2026 | Rosalio Saenz Family Reunion

One of the most meaningful traditions of the Rosalio Saenz Family Reunion is investing in the future of our family through education. Each year, our scholarship program recognizes outstanding students who have demonstrated dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to achieving their educational goals.

During the 2026 Rosalio Saenz Family Reunion, held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, our family proudly awarded five Rosalio Saenz Scholarships. Thanks to the continued generosity and support of our family members, the scholarship fund grew to an impressive $12,600, allowing us to continue our mission of encouraging higher education for future generations.

This year, five deserving students were each awarded a $500 Rosalio Saenz Scholarship:

  • Madison Mata – J. Luz Branch
  • Jaden Martinez – Crispin Branch
  • Danny Blue Bonilla – Santana Branch
  • Jonah Andres Mejia – Santana Branch
  • Lillian Saenz – Santana Branch

All five recipients earned this distinction by maintaining an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher, reflecting their commitment to academic excellence, personal responsibility, and perseverance. Their achievements embody the values that the Rosalio Saenz Scholarship was created to celebrate and encourage.

Each recipient represents the qualities that have long defined the Saenz family: hard work, determination, integrity, and a desire to make a positive impact in their communities. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and look forward to watching them continue to grow as they pursue their educational and career aspirations.

The Rosalio Saenz Scholarship is more than a financial award—it is a symbol of our family’s commitment to supporting one another across generations. Every donation, fundraiser, raffle ticket, apparel purchase, and act of generosity helps make these scholarships possible. Together, we are creating opportunities that extend far beyond our annual reunion.

To our 2026 recipients, congratulations! We encourage you to continue striving for excellence, embrace every opportunity to learn, and remember that your Saenz family is cheering you on every step of the way.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to every family member, volunteer, donor, and reunion organizer whose dedication made this year’s scholarship program possible. Your support ensures that the legacy of Rosalio Saenz continues to inspire future generations through the gift of education.

Congratulations once again to our 2026 Rosalio Saenz Scholarship recipients! Your hard work has earned this recognition, and we are honored to celebrate your accomplishments. We look forward to seeing all that you achieve in the years ahead.

Education strengthens families. Family strengthens communities. Together, we continue building a legacy that will inspire generations to come.
