Sandra Saenz Chapa Family Bio

Sandra Saenz Chapa, born on March 30, 1967, to Samuel and Maria Saenz. I married my husband, Gary Chapa, on January 4, 1997, and shortly after our wedding, we moved to Houston, where we have built our home and raised our family.

We have two wonderful children. Our daughter, Lillian Mary Chapa, was born on November 16, 1997, and our son, Lucas Marc Chapa, was born on November 8, 2001.

After spending 20 years with AT&T, I have now been with Reliant Energy for the past 10 years. Gary has worked for CenterPoint Energy for 26 years.

Lilly graduated from the University of Houston. After working a few years, she took time off to focus on her growing family. She and her fiancé, Xavier Sifuentes, welcomed their son, Noah Matthew Sifuentes, on January 15, 2024. He is the heart of our family. Recently, both Lilly and Xavier were hired by Katy Independent School District, and Noah is thriving in daycare.

Lucas recently graduated from Texas A&M University–Victoria. He recently moved to the Chicago area and is working for Zachry Construction Corporation⁠, where he is building his career in the construction industry.

We are grateful for our many blessings and look forward to spending time with family and celebrating our shared heritage.
